Simple Secrets to Staying Fit…

Alright, let me start with something here… I do not deprive myself of anything I want. It does take motivation, will power and courage to get in shape after a certain point though. When I completely indulged with my first pregnancy, I thought I’d never lose the weight. I gained nearly 70 pounds! I still loved my body. I was completely happy. But I wasn’t exactly healthy. So now that my husband and I are putting a hold on anymore children, well we try to atleast, I am ready to get back my body and healthy lifestyle.

Simple Steps to Keep Things Healthy…

•Get moving!!!!!

– Dance, yoga, swim, play, Dumbbells, push-ups, walk a lot….get moving. This is the absolute biggest thing I do.

Whether I’m pushing the stroller up hills at the park, dancing my ass off with the kids every day to our favorite play list, or doing a little at home workout routine that includes Dumbbells for arms, jumping jacks and push ups just to keep things tight..I keep moving! No gym required!!!

•Choose the right meal…

-Sometimes when people don’t diet right they tend to binge later…so if you find a meal didn’t leave you satisfied choose healthy options to snack on… And make a healthy choice that keeps you full in the first place.. More on this later…

Set achievable goals..

don’t give up because you’re not a size zero..my stomach may never be completely flat again…but I’m healthy.. I’m staying fit and true to me…so give me that burger and fries with extra cheese please when I’m in need!
